Welcome to M Lodge 2 at Granite Ridge

We are so excited to have you as guests this week and have worked hard to make this a care-free,  fun, and luxurious vacation for you and your friends and family.  Throughout the house you will find tips and suggestions on where to find items and instructions for how our many amenities work.  In addition, we have left you with key contact information.  Please do not hesitate to call us or text us with questions.  Our goal is to ensure that you have a fabulous vacation and we want to improve our service wherever we can.  You can help us do that by making notes and writing comments in the provided notebook.   In addition, please let us know any specific requests you might have for your next visit, which we hope is very soon.

Please use the following pages as a quick and easy reference for how to operate many of the amenities of the Lodge. The detailed user manuals for all appliances etc. can be found in the large binder in the drawer next to the washer and dryer if you need any technical instructions.

We want your stay to be as safe as it is fun, so please take note of a few areas that could use some extra supervision with small children. The Lodge is a super fun place for kids to play, we just want to note that several of the decks are very high off the ground and children should be supervised at all times on them. The railings are all completely code compliant and high enough to keep people away from the edge, we just want to make sure no children are left unattended so they do not climb on the railings or on the patio furniture near the railings. Also, Jackson in winter is an icy wonderland to play in. Please be careful on the walkways and roads and an All Wheel Drive rental car is a must in winter. We have provided a bucket of sand in the garage as the driveway tends to get slick with repeated traffic and sun so please feel free to use the scoop provided and spread some sand around to give you some good traction. We truly care about our guests and want you to have a fun and safe vacation!

Trash and Recycling

The trash container is located just outside the garage and pickup is on Wednesday. The trash container will be picked up in front of the garage with no need to take out to the road. Recycling can be placed in the provided bins in the garage and will be collected after your stay.

Spa Cleaning

The Hot Tub is typically cleaned on Thursday.
